Pat and I have been working on our 3 month supply of everything we use. In our stake they asked us to get a year supply of food and a 3 month supply of everything we use, including soap, water, toiletries, diapers, anything and everything we use each day. So we have been getting it all together and tonight we went to Costco and bought some more things. It feels good to be preparing, because it would be the worst torture to have something happen, and not have food or anything for my children. We have both felt strongly about getting it done soon and not putting it off like we usually do. Maybe its the way things are going in the world with all the natural disasters happening. Who knows? We just feel urgent to follow the council. We have been asked to please try and have it ready, the 3 month supply, by October so that is our goal.

that is great mary! i'll bet it feels so wonderful to know you're prepared in case of something unforseen. i know we have a long way to go in that regard, and i am very unsettled about it. hopefully we can get it all together soon!
